IHOP coupons really do exist, but they do not appear in the Lexington Herald-Leader. You can find them in the Cincinnati newspaper because Cinci has had an IHOP longer than Lex has.

- Buy a breakfast entree and two drinks, get a breakfast entree free
- Buy a lunch/dinner entree and two drinks, get a lunch/dinner entree free
- Buy a Ham & Egg Melt sandwich, get a regular beverage free
